Giving a gift is easy! I’ll provide a gift tag and gift box for your selected goodies, or gift wrap in furoshiki on your behalf, for only $8 (for orders of products / workshop vouchers of $100 or more, this will be free of charge).
Simply email me and include a short message you wish to have included. If you have a special date in mind, don’t forget to include this in the instructions for delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Handled With Care, I strive to build long-term
relationships with each and every one of my customers. I can only accomplish
that if you are happy with the products you buy from me. Send me an email if
you have any concerns. I am happy to refund your money or exchange any
item that you aren’t 100% satisfied with, within 60 days from when they were
dispatched to you.
Note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please be aware that returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging/labels attached and be accompanied by your proof of purchase. I am committed to meet my obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
I’ll do my best to ensure your exchange/refund is handled quickly. Handled With Care is not able to accept responsibility if your returned item(s) are lost in transit, therefore I recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
